yo-ga yo-ga yo-ga
I just got back from a "Restorative Yoga" class at C.Y.Co. Purrr. This is yoga for the lazy -- resting, "restorative" poses all supported by pillows and blankets. It was sort of like a nap with structure. I'm all blissful now. Ommmmm...
